How should I prepare for my appointment?

New Clients: Fill out health forms and schedule a 15-minute consultation to talk about your skin goals. Avoid exfoliating products, retinoids, tanning, and heavy sun exposure 7-10 days before your appointment.


I’ve never had a facial as a man. What should I know?’

Totally normal. Most of my male (and female!) clients are first-timers. We’ll talk about your skin and your goals, and I’ll walk you through every step. You’ll leave with healthier skin and a better understanding of how to take care of it.


What makes DST different?

We don’t follow rigid protocols or nickel-and-dime you with add-ons. Every session is built around what your skin actually needs that day. One price gets you clinical assessment, customized treatment, and honest product recommendations - not a sales pitch.

Most places lock you into preset menus. Here, the treatment adjusts to you.


How long should I wait after Botox or fillers
to come in?

Botox: Wait at least 2 weeks before scheduling skin treatments

Dermal Fillers: Wait 2-4 weeks before treatments involving pressure or massage.


What if I am not sure what I need? Or what kind of skin I have?

Can I combine multiple treatments in one visit?

Yes, many treatments can be combined for optimal results. During your consultation, we’ll recommend a customized plan that may include multiple services in one session.


Should I shave before I come in?

I encourage men not shave 24 hours or more before a treatment to prevent irritation or inflammation.


What kind of products should I use after?

Do you offer gift certificates? Can I
buy a package?

Yes, we offer gift certificates that can be purchased over the phone or in-person.

We also offer treatment packages to help you maintain your skincare goals. Ask about options during your visit.


Do you charge a late fee? Cancellation fee?

Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% fee.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in cancellation and a full charge.
